- The Canadian Olympic School Program | At the elementary school level, students will learn about the values of fairness, excellence, leadership, respect, goal setting, dealing with pressure and personal growth through the stories of Beckie Scott, Silken Laumann, Daniel Igali, Lawrence Lemieux , Jennifer Botterill, Gary Reed, and Alexandre Despatie. Each story is available in three different reading levels: Bronze (grade 2-3), Silver (grade 4-5) and Gold (grade 6-7). The lesson plans link to language arts learning outcomes and will help students explore and internalize these universal values.
