Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we kindly ask you complete our Enrolment Intentions Form in SchoolEngage. This form lets us know whether your child will be:

  • Returning to MAYLAND HEIGHTS SCHOOL
  • Attending another school within the Calgary Board of Education
  • Attending a school outside of the Calgary Board of Education


If your child is moving onto a grade our school does not offer, the form will ask you if you are planning on attending your designated school for next year. We will inform your designated school of your intentions.

School locations listed may not be accurate for students who are attending or may be attending specialized classes or unique setting schools. Information on these school designations will be provided as student placements are confirmed in the coming months. Specialized classes and unique setting schools include:  ACCESS, ALP, Bridges, Children’s Village, Christine Meikle School, CSSI, DHH, Dr. Oakley, EES, Emily Follensbee School, GATE, L&L, LEAD, Nexus, PLP, RISE, The Class, William Roper Hull, William Taylor Learning Centre, TASC.

Having accurate enrollment information helps us plan staffing, classroom organization, and resources to best support our students. We recognize plans may not be finalized for the 2026-27 school year. Regardless, we ask you to complete the form based on current information and intentions. Completion of the form is not considered a firm commitment.

The Enrollment Intentions form is completed in SchoolEngage. SchoolEngage is one of the applications found in your MyCBE account. This is the same account you use to pay fees, view academic information, book school conferences, etc.
If you do not have a MyCBE account, on the MyCBE page click on Create a MyCBE
Account. For online help, refer to MyCBE - Creating an Account (includes instructions and a video). To complete the Enrolment Intentions Form:

1 | sign in to your MyCBE account

2 | click on the SchoolEngage icon

3 | select the Enrolment Intentions form

4 | complete the form

5 | click on Submit to send the form electronically to the school

Due to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, parents and guardians need to subscribe online to receive some email and text messages on topics like student fees, picture days, field trip costs, yearbooks, fun lunches and more.

In addition, to receive any text messages from our school or the Calgary Board of Education, please opt in for texts. Use the cell phone on file with the school to text the word YES to the six-digit number 978338​.
