Report Cards

We want to remind parents that Report Cards will be available on February 24th 2026.  Parents and Guardians can sign in to MyCBE to view student information, including report cards, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades, and attendance information. For the best access to information, log in through the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App.

Carnaval Sport Day -Volunteers needed

We are pleased to announce that our Winter Carnival Sports Day will be held at school on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026.

This school-wide celebration is designed to promote a physically active and healthy lifestyle in a culture of respect, camaraderie, and community spirit, while also honoring the traditions of French-Canadian settlers. It will be a fun and engaging day for all students.

If you are interested in volunteering, please reply to this e-mail or to saastle@cbe.ab.ca. We ask that all responses be submitted by March 13th 2026.

Grade 4 Parent SURVEY

As a reminder, the deadline for completion of the AECA survey is March 6th. Thank you to those who have already completed this. You would have received an e-mail from School Improvement with a random access code to complete this survey. Please reach out to the school if you need support completing this survey.

Student-Led Conferences MARCH 19 4:30pm - 7:30pm

On March 18th, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, Parents will have the opportunity to visit their child's classroom and celebrate their learning. Let your child be the guide to share their excitement in presenting their abilities and achievements. Teachers will be monitoring the showcases.

If Parents wish to have a specific conversation about their child's learning they can make an appointment with their child's teacher via email. Teachers may request specific meetings as well and will contact families.

Grade 6 Camp Kindle

We are excited to announce that our Grade 6 students have the opportunity to attend Outdoor School at Camp Kindle. This three-day, two-night experience will take place from Monday, March 9th to Wednesday, March 11th, 2026. Parents can start paying the fee on their MyCBE accounts as early as next week.
