Dressing for the weather

All students are expected to participate in outdoor recess and we ask families to please make sure that their children are dressed warmly when they leave the house in the morning. Snowpants, jackets, mittens, hats and winter boots will allow students to enjoy their recess and stay warm and comfortable.

We recognize the value of outdoor breaks such as recess and lunch during the school day, however, when the weather is cold, outdoor breaks may not be a viable option.

When temperatures reach -20°C or colder including the wind-chill factor, it is recommended that students be kept inside for recess or lunch breaks.

Lost and Found

Our clothing and water bottles are accumulating again. Please make sure to label your child's belongings and encourage them to store in their backpacks during the day to help secure their items. If you have lost a sweater or hat and wish to come in the school to look in the lost and found just contact the office at 403-777-6290.

Transportation App

Lists are updated regularly.  More information can be found using this Transportation Link

Follow your child’s bus on the APP https://www.mybusstop.ca/  School CODE:CBESNDBHJM  - select your child’s bus route

Afternoon Pick Up

Monday to Thursday at  3:50PM

Fridays at 1:10PM

No calls to classrooms will be made after 3:30PM for pick up. We ask parents to consider making plans ahead of time with their children for a meeting spot around the school to facilitate the busy doorways and help vehicle traffic.
